Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 9th, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StatsCalc (the "Site"), including all calculators, guides, and related content we publish. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by revising this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms, so we'd encourage you to check back occasionally.

Acceptance of terms

StatsCalc is provided for general informational and educational use. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in every location, and if you access it from outside your home jurisdiction, you're responsible for complying with local laws.

Using the Site

The calculators on this Site are free to use and do not require you to create an account. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to access it through automated scraping, bots, or other means outside the ordinary browser interface we provide, in a way that could disrupt the Site or place undue load on it.

Your calculation data

Numbers you type into a calculator on this Site are processed in your own browser to produce a result. We do not require you to submit this data to our servers to use a calculator, and we do not use it to identify you.

Accuracy and disclaimer

We build and test our calculators carefully, and we try to keep the formulas, explanations, and code examples accurate. That said, the Site and its calculators are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that any result is free of error. Calculator output should not be treated as professional, statistical, financial, academic, or legal advice, and you should independently verify any figure before relying on it for an important decision, assignment, or publication.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its calculators.

Advertising

The Site displays advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense and similar networks, to help keep our calculators free. Ads and any linked third-party sites are the responsibility of the advertiser, and we don't control or endorse their content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising partners may use cookies.

Intellectual property

The design, text, formulas' explanations, and code examples on this Site are owned by StatsCalc or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to our pages, but please don't republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content without asking us first.

Third-party links

Pages on the Site may link to third-party resources for further reading. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Changes to the Site

We may add, change, or remove calculators, features, or content at any time, without notice, and we don't guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatsCalc and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
